Can you work with our existing CCTV cameras?
Possibly. We first check feed access and whether the view captures the target clearly. A useful security view may still be unsuitable for counting or label reading.
Custom projects · assessment and pilot
Does the loading-bay count match the dispatch list? Is a shelf empty, or has someone entered a marked hazard area? A camera-based tool can bring these events to a review screen so staff know what to check.
For example, compare cartons passing one loading point with the expected quantity and show the relevant clip when the counts differ. First, test whether your camera captures that view clearly.
The most useful starting point is a repeatable event in a defined area. Possible applications include:
Test counting cartons crossing a loading line, then compare the result with a dispatch record. Stacked cartons, returns across the line and people blocking the view need explicit handling. Counts with uncertain evidence should enter a review queue.
Read visible barcodes or printed label text and compare it with an expected order or SKU. Small, damaged or moving labels may require a closer camera, better lighting or a dedicated scanner. Unreadable labels should stay unresolved for staff to check.
Identify possible entry into a marked area around forklifts or machinery for supervisor review. This is not a safety-certified system and must not replace guards, interlocks, protective sensors or established safety procedures.
Test visible gaps in defined shelf sections, or count entries and vehicles without identifying individuals. Shelf layouts, passing shoppers and camera position affect what can be measured. A shelf-gap flag still needs a stock or staff check.
Assessment starts with authorised sample clips from normal and difficult conditions. We review camera angle, resolution, lighting, reflections, motion blur and occlusion, where objects hide one another. Camera calibration may help with lens distortion or a defined measurement task. It cannot reveal a carton or label hidden from view.
We also check permitted camera-feed access, recording-system compatibility, network capacity and reliability, power and mounting options. A sample from a quiet shift is insufficient if peak loading looks different. The pilot needs examples of both.
After assessment, a project may include OpenCV processing, a suitable deep-learning detection model, barcode or OCR components and an event-review dashboard. Depending on the site, the scope may also include camera positioning, scoped camera installation or an edge computer that processes footage near the cameras. Equipment, installation responsibilities and access arrangements are agreed separately.
A review screen can show a timestamp, camera, proposed count or mismatch and the relevant clip. Staff can confirm or correct the result. Connections to inventory or dispatch software depend on available interfaces and permissions; camera output should not silently change approved stock records.
A warehouse in Faisalabad or a site abroad can start with a remote review of authorised footage. Any physical installation or on-site testing needs separate, agreed arrangements.
Start with one camera, lane or shelf section. Compare outputs with human-checked examples and record missed events, false alerts and counting errors. Agree what level of performance is useful before expanding. Changes to camera position, packaging, lighting or layout may require another test.
Before footage is shared, confirm site rights, required notices, permitted uses, viewer access and retention periods. Decide what stays on site and what any remote or cloud processing receives. Facial recognition, emotion inference, covert monitoring and named-worker performance or disciplinary scoring are outside this service scope.
Useful answers
Possibly. We first check feed access and whether the view captures the target clearly. A useful security view may still be unsuitable for counting or label reading.
That must be measured on representative footage from your site. We do not promise an accuracy figure before testing the target objects, busy periods and difficult conditions.
An edge-processing design can be assessed. Camera numbers, model requirements, storage, maintenance and network conditions determine whether local, cloud or mixed processing is appropriate.
Software assessment and development can be scoped remotely using authorised footage. Physical installation, calibration and acceptance testing require agreed arrangements with someone at the site.
Describe one check, the camera setup, who reviews exceptions and your current records. Begin with a description or non-sensitive sample; agree footage-sharing arrangements before sending recordings.
