Your sales, stock and approvals may live in different tools. We can assess a small application or connection that brings the right information together, so staff can finish a task without copying it between systems.
One possible project: give a retailer a suggested reorder list, the sales history behind it and a clear approval step. Other projects may need a customer portal, an internal dashboard or a camera-based quality check.
Connect the systems you already rely on
A useful custom application might combine a customer portal with order data, give supervisors an exception dashboard or connect a model's output to an internal review screen. Connections to stock and business-management software (ERP), customer-management tools (CRM) and other services depend on the available interfaces, permissions, licensing and record quality.
We identify the authoritative source for each field and what should happen when a system is unavailable. Existing software can often remain in place while a limited connection or additional interface addresses the problem. A full rewrite needs a clear reason.
Build demand forecasts that a buyer can question
Stock demand and reorder planning can use sales history, stockout periods, supplier lead times and promotion records. Stockouts matter because a day with no sales may reflect unavailable stock rather than no demand. Product changes, seasonal patterns and incomplete history also affect what can reasonably be predicted.
A pilot compares a machine-learning forecast with a simple baseline, such as recent average demand. Time-based tests train on earlier records and evaluate later periods, helping avoid misleading results from randomly mixing the past and future. The planning screen should show uncertainty, assumptions and exceptions. A buyer reviews suggested quantities and approves purchase orders.
Explore visible produce screening with a controlled image pilot
An agriculture or produce project could sort images into agreed size, colour and visible blemish categories. Feasibility depends on representative images, consistent lighting, suitable camera positioning and manual grading examples from the people who know the product. Physical size measurement needs a calibrated setup, not an unreferenced photograph.
Test results should show which categories are confused and how often staff must intervene. Changes in variety, background or capture conditions may require fresh evaluation. It cannot certify food safety, detect every hidden defect or provide disease certification.
Let an assistant prepare work for staff approval
An intelligent assistant with limited permissions might collect order information, prepare a draft response or assemble a task for staff approval. Its allowed actions, data sources and stopping conditions should be written down. Sending messages, changing records and committing spending require the approval rules agreed for that workflow.
Secure access, activity logs and a clear handover to a person belong in the design. Instructions found in an uploaded document must never change what the assistant is allowed to do.
Agree on evidence, ownership and operation before rollout
Discovery defines the users, desired outcome, available data and acceptable failure cases. A limited pilot then tests the core assumption with agreed evaluation criteria. Review includes ordinary cases, missing data, incorrect predictions and integration failures. Expansion depends on those findings and feedback from the people using the system.
Local or cloud deployment is considered against connectivity, data requirements, hardware and ongoing costs. The written scope should cover secure access, logging, backups, rollback, monitoring and support responsibilities. Code ownership, third-party model and software licences, hosting, API charges and maintenance are agreed explicitly. A custom build is not automatically a fixed-cost or unlimited-support service.

Can you work with our current ERP or CRM?
That depends on its supported connection (API) or import/export options and your access rights. Discovery checks those constraints before committing to an integration. A limited export-based workflow may be a sensible pilot.
What if we have very little historical data?
A forecasting model may not yet be useful. We can assess a rules-based starting point and the records needed for future testing. Sparse data should lead to narrower expectations and explicit uncertainty.
Can the software run on our own infrastructure?
Local deployment can be considered where the selected components support it. Hardware, maintenance, backup arrangements and any external API dependencies must be checked; running locally does not automatically make every feature offline.
What should we bring to the first discussion?
Describe one recurring problem, who handles it, which systems are involved and what a useful result would look like. Redacted examples or sample exports help establish feasibility without sharing unnecessary confidential data.
